A Perfect Murder (US; Andrew Davis, 1998) is a remake of the 1954 movie Dial M for Murder, starring Michael Douglas and Gwyneth Paltrow in which the characters of Halliday and Lesgate are combined.

A husband (Douglas) hires his wife's lover (Viggo Mortensen) to kill her.
