Alewife (MBTA station)

Alewife Station, located at the intersection of Fresh Pond Parkway and Rindge Avenue in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is a local transportation hub. It is the northern terminus of the Boston subway's Red Line, and a bus terminal for several local routes. It opened on March 30, 1985. Its facilities include:

  • Alewife Reservation , a wetlands conservation area with walking trails, adjacent to the station on the north side.
