Alexander Armstrong is a British comedian. He was born in 1970, and has made several appearances on the satirical panel game Have I Got News For You, and rumour alleges that he might be the next permenant host. He is best known as one half of Armstrong and Miller , along with Ben Miller, whom he met in 1992 at Cambridge University. He starred as a misanthropic, animal-hating vet in the sitcom Beast.
