History
Asian Spirit was founded in 1996 by the Airline Employees Cooperative , which was established in September 1995. Its first routes were from Manila to the towns of San Jose, Cauayan , Caticlan, Virac , Daet , Tablas , and the city of Masbate. Towns and cities serviced by the airline are usually regarded as secondary and tertiary routes, which are usually not serviced by major airlines.
Today, Asian Spirit operates from Manila, Angeles City (Clark), and Cebu. The airline flies to 32 towns and cities throughout the Philippines and services towns and cities not serviced or were serviced by other carriers.
