Ballinakill

Ballinakill (Baile na Coille in Irish, meaning "the town of the woods") is a small town in County Laois, Ireland. It was originally a typical market town, with a planned street layout being implemented in the 18th century. The town also boasts a castle, Ballinakill Castle. It is situated on the R432 road near Abbeyleix.
