Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park

The Bank of America Tower in New York City is a $1 billion skyscraper project currently undergoing construction, on the west side of Sixth Avenue, between 42nd and 43rd Street. It has been designed to be one of the most highly efficient and ecologically friendly buildings in the world. Construction is expected to be complete in 2008.

Design features

The building's energy efficiency comes from a collection of new and standby features. Water collection is achieved by muliple rain collectors on the roof and large water tanks in the structure.
