Bay of Mecklenburg (German: Mecklenburgische Bucht; Polish: Zatoka Meklemburska) is a basin in the south-western Baltic Sea, between the shores of Germany and islands of Denmark.

It is connected with the Bay of Kiel in the north-west and the Bay of Lubeck in the south-west.
