Belgrano is a leafy, northern barrio or neighbourhood of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The barrio of Palermo is to the south east; Nuņez is to the north west; Coghlan, Villa Urquiza, Villa Ortúzar and Colegiales are to the south west. The Rio de la Plata runs along the north side of Belgrano.

Characterized by large, detached homes with swimming pools, it is one of the places where the Argentine upper classes reside and is also popular with European ex-pats.
