The Belisarius Series is a collection of novels written by David Drake and Eric Flint and published by Baen Books. The series consists of the following books:

• An Oblique Approach
• In the Heart of Darkness
• Destiny's Shield
• Fortune's Stroke
• The Tide of Victory

All of these are available as ebooks from Baen. The first three are in the Baen Free Library.

It is a science fiction (more accurately alternative history) series that starts with the premise that through a multifaceted crystal, the Byzantine general Belisarius obtains knowledge of future weapons and techniques, and explores the consequences of this knowledge.
