Berthillon

The Maison Berthillon is a famous traditional artisanal , high-end ice cream manufacturer located on the Īle Saint-Louis in Paris, France. It has become a major attraction on the island.

Berthillon sells its ice cream in bulk from its shop on the island, but some other retailers (generally high-end grocery stores) also sell it. In addition to Berthillon itself, many other retailers on and around the Īle Saint-Louis sell its cones and cups.

Berthillon only uses natural ingredients, with no chemical preservatives, sweeteners or stabilizers. Its ice creams are made from milk, cream and eggs. Flavourings derive from all-natural sources (cocoa, vanilla, real fruit, etc.).

Berthillon's ice creams are known for their intense flavor.
