Blue Peter were a Canadian new wave synthpop band in the early 1980s. They had one notable Canadian Top 40 hit, "Don't Walk Past" in 1983.

The band members included Chris Wardman and Jason Sniderman. Sniderman, the son of Canadian businessman Sam Sniderman , subsequently became an executive for his father's company, the record store chain Sam the Record Man.
