Boris Rosing

Boris L'vovich Rosing (Бори́с Льво́вич Ро́зинг, 1869 - 1933) was a Russian scientist and inventor in the field of television. In 1907, he envisioned a TV system using the CRT that was practically demonstrated in 1911.
