Boulogne-Billancourt is a city and commune in France, the sous-préfecture of the Hauts-de-Seine département in the Ile-de-France région. Population (1999): 106,367.

In 1924, the city changed its name: Boulogne-sur-Seine became officially Boulogne-Billancourt.
