The City Hall is at Edinburgh Place , Central, Hong Kong Island. Completed in 1962, this is the second building complex to serve as Hong Kong's city hall.

The complex has two buildings and a garden. The taller building at the south-western end houses a number of government facilities, including a library (formerly Hong Kong's central library). The lower building at the eastern end has a concert hall, restaurants and a marriage registry. The conference room of the former Urban Council was also at the lower building of the City Hall.

The garden at the north-western side of the complex includes a memorial to those killed in Hong Kong during World War II.
