Dalian Atkinson (born 21 March, 1968 in Shrewsbury, England) is an English footballer. He is probably most famous for scoring a memorable solo run and superb finish against Wimbledon F.C. which won the BBC Match of the Day Goal of the Season competition. He is also famous with Aston Villa fans for scoring in the 1994 League Cup Final against Manchester United. He also played for Turkish club Fenerbahce and Spanish club Real Sociedad.
