David Clark

David Clark, Baron Clark of Windermere, PC, is a United Kingdom politician, for the Labour Party. He was member of Parliament for South Shields in Tyne and Wear, and was Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster from 1997 to 1998. He stood down from Parliament in 2001, and was given a life peerage, and now sits in the House of Lords.
