Decipher, Inc. is a games company based in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. They began with party games and Pente sets but since 1994, has begun to produce collectible card and role-playing games.
Their first and longest-running offering is Star Trek Customizable Card Game. Their most successful game is The Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game, which was released in 2001. Other games include Star Wars Customizable Card Game (1995-2001), Young Jedi Collectible Card Game (1997-2001), Jedi Knights Collectible Card Game , and the recent releases (as of April 2005) .hack//ENEMY, Beyblade , and collectible card games.
