Dick Olver is Chairman of BAE Systems, the worlds 4th largest aerospace and defence company.

Olver joined the company on July 1 2004 from BP where he was deputy chief-executive. Olver joined BP in 1973.

At BAE he replaces Sir Richard Evans who has served with the company and its predecessors for over 30 years.
