Dushasana the Kaurava was the second son of the blind king Dhritarashtra and Gandhari. in the epic Mahabharata

During the game of dice, he dragged Draupadi down in the assembly and tried to disrobe her. Because of this humiliation, Draupadi vows that she will not tie her hair until she washes it with the blood of dead Dushasana. Eventually in the great battle at Kurukshetra, Bhima kills Dushasana and helps Draupadi fulfill her vow.
