Edinburgh University Students' Association provides services, representation and welfare support to matriculated students of the University of Edinburgh. It is commonly known by the acronym EUSA, pronounced "yew-sah". In December 2004 a referendums on NUS membership was held in which 15% of the members of the association voted 1811 to 1646 in favour to affiliate with the National Union of Students.
