Elpidia Carrillo

Elpidia Carrillo (born 1963 in Michoacán, Mexico) is an actress who has appeared in various acclaimed Hollywood films. She is also credited as Elpedia Carrillo on some of her films.

Her most famous characterization to date has arguably been that of "Maria" in the 1986 movie Salvador, where she acted alongside James Woods. She has also acted with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jimmy Smits and many other stars.
