Euganei

The Euganei (fr. Lat. euganei, euganeiorum; c.p. Gr. εὐγενής (eugenos), 'well-born' ) is a mythical proto-Italian ethnic group dwelting near present Verona. They were according to Titus Livius' The History of Rome defeated by Enetians and Trojans.
