Eydie Gormé

Eydie Gormé (real name Edith Gormezano) (born August 16, 1931 in The Bronx, New York City, United States), is an American singer, and wife of Steve Lawrence.

She has regularly appeared on U.S variety shows including The Tonight Show and The Carol Burnett Show, and also performs regularly in Las Vegas in a duo with her husband.

In 1967, Gormé won the Grammy Award for her recording of the Jerry Herman ballad "If He Walked Into My Life" from the Broadway musical Mame. See Grammy Award for Best Vocal Performance, Female.
