Eyeshield 21 (アイシールド21) is a manga about American football.

The manga, written by Riichiro Inagaki and drawn by Yusuke Murata , started in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. The manga is published in English by Viz Communications.

Eyeshield 21 is about a wimpy boy named Sena Kobayakawa (小早川瀬那 Kobayakawa Sena). Sena gets to go to the high school of his choice, Deimon High School, along with his childhood friend, Mamori Anezaki (姉崎まもり Anezaki Mamori), after passing the entrance exam. Sena gets into American football and starts to play the game. Sena becomes friends with two team mates, Yoichi Hiruma (蛭魔 妖一 Hiruma Yōichi) and Ryokan Kurita (栗田 良寛 Kurita Ryōkan).

An anime version produced by NAS began airing on TV Tokyo in April 2005.
