Frank Arnesen (born September 30, 1956, Copenhagen) is the sporting director of English football club Tottenham Hotspur. The former Denmark international took over at Spurs in May 2004, replacing David Pleat.
Prior to his appointment at Tottenham, Arnesen spent 10 years at the Dutch club PSV Eindhoven, where he was credited with discovering some major talents, such as Ronaldo, Jaap Stam, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Arjen Robben.
