Frank Cho is the creator, writer and illustrator of the comic strip Liberty Meadows. While a student at University of Maryland Nursing School , he wrote a strip called University² for The Diamondback , the student newspaper at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Frank currently lives in Columbia, Maryland.
