Rep. Franklin Mitchell

William Franklin Mitchell is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly, USA, representing the state's ninety-sixth House district, including constituents in Iredell county. A farmer and machine shop owner from Olin, North Carolina , Mitchell is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his sixth term in the state House.

Frank Mitchell was also one of the three known murder victims of the Krays.
