Gender transposition

Gender transposition is a term in linguistics to describe the substitution of the masculine personal pronoun for the feminine form. For men this would be her swapped for his or him, and she for he; for women it would be the reverse.

Often used in gay (male) argot, it can be intended either as a put-down, a self-mocking apellation, or neutrally - though might be considered homophobic when used by heterosexual people about a homosexual.
