Gerald Grinstein is the current CEO of Delta Air Lines. He was named to the position after Leo Mullin stepped down. Previously, he has served as CEO of Western Airlines. When they merged with Delta in 1987 he was appointed to Delta Air Lines Board of Directors. He has served in this position ever since. Under his leadership, Delta Air Lines has undergone many cost cutting measures in an effort to avoid bankruptcy.
