Ghamid is an area in the southwest of Arabia. Ghamid is also a name of a tribe that lives in it. Total area is 36,000 sq/km. The people in that area are either Mountain people (sarat) or desert people (Bedwin) or coastal people (Tohm). Ghamid is a strong tribe where it's people are known for their hard work and love of education and trade.

Saudi Arabia government assign little budget for the development of the area so its people emigrate all the time.
