HMS Euryalus was a Dido-class cruiser of the Royal Navy, one of the second group of the class with ten 5.25 inch guns as its main armament. During her the acceptance trials the anti-aircraft armament was augmented by five 20mm Oerlikon guns.

She was built by Chatham Dockyard, with the keel being laid down on the 21st of October 1937. She was launched on the 6th of June 1939, and commissioned June 1941. Euryalus was the last cruiser that Chatham built.

• From 1941 to mid - 1943 Euryalus served with the Mediterranean Fleet, partecipating to the Second Battle of Sirte.
• From October 1943 to July 1944 she received a refit on the Clyde.
• Recommissioned, she then joined the Home Fleet until December when she sailed to the Far East to serve as the Flagship of the 5th Cruiser Squadron.
• Euryalus returned to the United Kingdom in February 1947 and was laid-up at Rosyth.
• Recommisioned in March 1948, she again served with the Mediterranean Fleet.
• She was de-commissioned into the Devonport reserve August 1954.
• Euryalus was broken up at Blyth July 1959.
