Helen Morgendorffer is a cartoon character from the MTV television series, "Daria".
Both a worker and a house wife (she is married to Jake Morgendorffer), Miss Morgendorffer used to live in Highland, a town made famous on cartoon television by Beavis and Butthead. Although miss Morgendorffer herself does not make any appearances at the Beavis and Butthead series, her daughter, Daria Morgendorffer, is one of the most commongly seen characters of that show, apart from the title characters.
The Morgendorffers moved to another town, apparently to get far from Beavis and Butthead, as evidenced by the fact that Helen's daughter Daria mentions them only once in the "Daria" series, and she only refers to them as "two boys". Helen has another daughter, Quinn, whose personal worries include her looks and the way her school peers see her.
Helen Morgendorffer is her family's main economic sustent, as she works hard everyday as a business woman, always wearing a suit. Her husband is also a hard worker; but Helen repeatedly proves smarter than him and is more reliable as an employee.
Helen Morgendorffer's hair is straight, neck lenght and brown colored hair. Her style and color combination make her look like both of her daughters, although her hair perhaps looks a little bit more like Daria's.
Morgendorffer made her series debut at "Daria"s first chapter, 1997's "Esteemsters ". Later on in the series, it is learned that both she and Jake were 1960s hippies, as a couple of former high school mates pay them a visit in another chapter.
Morgendorffer is voice-overed by Wendy Hoopes , who also voice-overed Daria, her sister Quinn and her best friend Jane.
