Herzegovina-Neretva is a Herzegovinian canton that mainly comprises of the Neretva river valley area and parts of Herzegovina west of Mostar, its administrative center.

The canton is split into the municipalites of Čapljina, Čitluk , Jablanica , Konjic , Mostar, Neum, Rama, Ravno and Stolac.
