Ichthyophagi

Ichthyophagi (Gr. for "fish-eaters"), the name given by ancient geographers to several coast-dwelling peoples in different parts of the world and ethnically unrelated.

The existence of such tribes was confirmed by Sir Richard F Burton (El-Medinah, p. 144).
