Imaichi (今市市; -shi) is a city located in Tochigi, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 62,517 and the density of 256.72 persons per km². The total area is 243.52 km².

The city was founded on March 31, 1954.

The following communities agreed to seek the permission of the governor of the prefecture to merge on March 1, 2006:

• Nikko
• Imaichi
• Ashio
• Fujihara
• Kuriyama
