Khomas is one of the thirteen Regions of Namibia. Khomas contains the capital city of Namibia, Windhoek. It has the highest population of any region in Namibia.

The region comprises nine constituencies: Hakanana, Wanaheda, Katutura Central, Katutura East, Khomasdal North, Windhoek West, Windhoek East, Windhoek Rural, and Soweto.
