Kinuko Y. Craft is a Japanese-born illustrator who has created art for many products and book covers, children's books and opera posters. Her detailed fantasy paintings grace the covers of Patricia A. McKillip's novels. Kinuko's paintings are done with a combination of watercolor and oil and she is able to recreate many historical art styles She has won numerous awards from the Society of Illustrators , the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists and Spectrum.
