Kishar


Kishar is the begotten of Lahmu and Lahamu , two serpents. She is the female principle of Mesopotamian mythology, sister and wife of Anshar, the male principle, and the mother of Anu and Ea. Kishar represents the earth as a counterpart to Anshar, the sky.
