Leif Segerstam (born March 2, 1944) is a Finnish conductor and composer.

Currently, he is the chief conductor of Helsinki Philharmonic .

As a composer, he is known especially for his numerous Symphonies, many of which are performed without a conductor or otherwise include a lot of improvisation.
