Leo Navratil, is an Austrian psychiatrist, and works in the hospital of Gugging. He calls the works, paintings, and texts of his patients "Zustandsgebundene Kunst". Paintings of the artists of Gugging was exhibited in Berlin, Vienna, Salzburg, and Heidelberg. He supports the creativity of his patients and shows their works in the art context and publishes their texts. One of his best known artists is Oswald Tschirtner, also known as O.T. Navratil published several books.
