Louis Néel

Louis Eugène Félix Néel

Louis Néel (November 22, 1904 - November 14, 2000) is the Nobel Laureate in Physics of 1970. Néel contributed fundamental research on and discoveries in antiferromagnetism and ferrimagnetism. Néel's contributions advanced solid state physics.
