Mr. Brownstone

"Mr. Brownstone" is a song written by Guns N' Roses in the 1980s. It appears in their 1987 album Appetite For Destruction. Mr. Brownstone is also a nick name for heroin, so "dancing with Mr. Brownstone" means "shooting heroin".
