Oostkamp is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Hertsberge , Oostkamp proper, Ruddervoorde and Waardamme . On January 1st, 2004 Oostkamp had a total population of 21,392 (10,601 males and 10,791 females). The total area is 79.65 km² which gives a population density of 268.59 inhabitants per km².
