Otto Guevara Guth (born 13 October 1960) is a Costa Rican libertarian politician.

A graduate of Harvard University, Guevara is a leading figure in the Libertarian Movement Party (PML). He was elected to the Legislative Assembly in 1998 and, in 2000, he unsuccessfully ran for president.
