Ox tongue

The ox tongue spear (langue de boeuf) was a type of broad-headed double edged spear that was used in central Europe during the 15th century. Some designs had protrusions from the middle or base of the blades making the head similar in profile to a partisan. Although the name might lead one to think that an ox tongue could be thrown, it was large and heavy; maybe ox tongue lance would have been better.
