Pastitsio

Pastitsio is a Greek pasta casserole. It consists of long, tubular pasta, similar to macaroni, mixed with ground beef, cinnamon or nutmeg, and cheese. It is usually (though not always) topped with a béchamel sauce.

The name is derived from the Italian word pasticcio, which means "hodgepodge".
