Prospect Park is a neighborhood in Minneapolis, Minnesota near the University of Minnesota bounded by the Mississippi River, the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, railroad tracks to the north of University Avenue, and the University of Minnesota's Stadium Village area. It contains the highest point in the city of Minneapolis, on which stands the "witch's hat" water tower. The neighborhood also contains a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
