Pure pot still whiskey

Pure pot still whiskey is an Irish whiskey made from barley and distilled in a pot still. It is similar to Irish single malt whiskey, however, the grain used to make the spirit is a combination of malted and unmalted barley, while a single malt is made of only malted grain.
