Simon Ammann

Simon Ammann was born June 16, 1981 in Grabs and currently lives in Unterwasser, Switzerland. Debuted as a 16 year old unknown during the 1997-98 Ski World Cup season. Amman did qualify for the 1998 Nagano Olympic Games where he finished 35th. He is a double Olympic champion 2002 in ski jumping in Salt Lake City. He attended the 1998 Winter Olympics. Before the 2002 Winter Olympics, he crashed and was scraped up badly. Simon Ammann has made many other achievements in his career. He was also notable for his wire frame glasses that bore a resemblance to Harry Potter.
