Spiral Tribe

Spiral Tribe is a freetekno soundsystem which existed in first half of 1990's. They originated in the United Kingdom and later travelled across Europe and probably also South America and Asia.

First releases were on the record label Big Life it seems as a result of the trouble they got in for helping organize the Castlemorton 92' freeparty.

there is a classic release on rabbit city records:

SP23 - Network 23 Cat CUT 011 12"

also a self release to celebrate the aquital for the Castlemorton rave:

SPIRAL 001 12" Etched: "Respect Spiral Tribe - verdict not guilty-18.3.94.!"

then they move to europe setup a home base in Paris and release a series of 12" in 1993-94

then a label called "Network 23" is formed and the releases are at first mostly under the Spiral Tribe name and guests but then around 1995 the name is not used anymore even the artists continue releasing an enormous amount of material under Network23 and many other labels to this day. There is also a 12" on Labworks germany that was never released. This is not by far a complete discography , there were many other records made by Spiral Tribe memebers in the 1992-1995 period , i m just trying to reference the main relases under the Spiral Tribe name.
